Pastor James Farr
James Farr is the founder and lead pastor of Perseverance Church. He was born in Harlem, New York, and is the youngest of nine children. After the age of ten, James lived in South Carolina with his family.
He served eight years in the Army's airborne infantry and is a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm — experiences that shaped a heart for discipline, duty, and steadfast faith.
Pastor James is married to Brenda Farr, and together they raise three sons: James Jr., Jaymeson, and Jaedon.
Multiracial. Multi-generational.
